Service Agreement –

The Booked PhotograpHER

This Agreement is entered into by and between Jaime Bugbee Photography Education (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the purchaser (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) of The Booked Photographer course (the “Program”). By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Inclusions

Upon purchase, you will receive access to:

  • 5-month group coaching program with live calls and recorded replays.

  • Course modules, resources, and bonus materials (including workflows).

  • Access to a private online community.

  • Lifetime access to all core course content, as outlined at time of purchase.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full at checkout unless a payment plan is offered and selected.

  • For payment plans, all installments must be completed in accordance with the plan schedule.

  • Failure to complete payments will result in removal from the Program until your account is current.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to course materials, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued.

  • If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and resources provided in the Program are owned by the Company and protected by copyright.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business purposes only.

  • You may not share, sell, reproduce, or distribute course content without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for implementing the strategies and completing the assignments provided in the Program.

  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific business results or income. Your success depends on your own effort, commitment, and market conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

7. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
